Our body is constantly requesting new molecules to battle off infection, giving inflammation-fighting properties, and maintaining healthy joints. Because each different person’s situation is different, we can’t just ask others outside of our immediate family to do this type of research. Instead, we would have to be lucky enough to have access to a state-of-the-art laboratory in order to have these experiments. In these types of experiments, it’s sometimes difficult to use mrna technology since it’s considered a “biologically open system” and any “improvement” may open up new areas of research. But nevertheless there are numerous uses for Mrna technology, and in my research into the medical field, this has allowed me to do some cool research topics.
Basically, this was the area my study was focused on. Since cause and effect can be difficult to prove in these types of tests, instead of relying on anecdotes and results from others, I looked at what the major players in the world of biotechnology use mrna technology for.
