The webcam can be actively used by the user, but there are times when unknown applications, organizations, or malware can access the computer's camera and microphone.
First, you need to find out which programs have access to the accessories. In the part of "Privacy and Security" you can find by looking at "Camera" and "Microphone". This also works on Windows 10, except in versions 1809 and earlier.

3- Find NoPhysicalCameraLED and open. If the option doesn't exist, click "Edit," "New," and "DWORD." Then rename it to the quoted term.
4- Open and change the default 0 to 1.
5- Finally, you need to restart the computer.
