• This Under the free sewing machine scheme by the Gujarat government, laborers and poor women will be able to take care of themselves and their families well by getting free sewing machines. One of the objectives of this scheme is to provide employment to women. Under this scheme, women can start their own employment by getting a sewing machine at home, from which they can earn a good income. The benefit of this scheme will be given to economically weaker women and working women in both urban and rural areas of the state.

Eligibility to avail free sewing machine scheme

• Eligibility to benefit from this  free sewing machine scheme  is determined  by Cottage and Gramoghog, Gujarat State  . Which is stated below.

• Age of women applying under this scheme should be between 16 years to 60 years.

• It is mandatory for rural beneficiaries to be included in the poverty line list of the District Rural Development Department. Beneficiaries with a score of 0 to 16 do not have to submit proof of income. or .
