The main objective of making MyGov Helpdesk available on WhatsApp is to provide citizens access to their important documents and other information directly over the phone. Under this service, you can download important documents such as PAN Card, Driving License, CBSE 10th standard certificate, vehicle registration certificate (RC), two-wheeler insurance policy, 10-12th standard certificate and insurance policy documents.

Meanwhile, in March 2020, myGov Helpdesk feature was made available on WhatsApp. This service was of great benefit during the corona virus epidemic. Through this help desk, citizens are provided with accurate information about coronavirus, information about the vaccine booking, vaccine centre and purchase of the vaccine certificate. So far, about 80 million people have used this helpdesk. Also, about 33 million vaccine certificates have been downloaded through this. Lakhs of people have made appointments for vaccination.
